Emmy 2024 parte 2. E questa volta è Shōgun a dominare portando a casa miglior serie drammatica e miglior attore in una serie drammatica (Hiroyuki Sanada) e la miglior attrice (Anna Sawai per il suo ruolo di Lady Mariko). Stesso tris di Emmy per il grande vincitore della serata nelle categorie delle serie limitate: Baby Reindeer, successo di casa Netflix scritto e interpretato dal comico scozzese Richard Gadd e diventato caso mediatico di quest’anno. Lo stesso Gadd ha vinto per aver scritto, prodotto e interpretato lo show e vittoria anche per Jessica Gunning, in gara nella categoria attrice non protagonista (la stalker Martha) competendo con fuoriclasse del calibro di Dakota Fanning, Diane Lane e Lily Gladstone.
